If you have the slightest yearning to learn more about God, or wish to be a part of a community bound together by God’s love, you have come to the right place!

Fides stands for “Faith” in Latin, and as implied by the name, we are a group of SMU Catholics who eagerly seek to learn more about our Faith, as well as to journey through SMU life with fellow believers of God.

Our Vision:

To build a God-Centred family that inspires service by journeying together in faith, love and joy.

 We believe and see the need to be a community focussed on Christ, and to share with each other the joys and challenges we face in our daily lives.

 Our Mission:

To persevere together in living out the teachings of the Church, inculcating the love of the Eucharist through prayer and fellowship.

 As Catholics, we find Jesus in the Eucharist and gather inner strength and peace from Him through the Holy Communion.
